Returns Policy

Return Policy:

Only products purchased through this website and those purchased within 15 days of the shipping date, can be returned directly to RiasCRAZYDeals.com. The item must be returned in the original packaging, with all of the supplied accessories, user manuals, and boxes or containers that it was supplied in, and the item must be in the same condition that it was sent in.

All products returned require a Return Authorization (RA) number

Please e-mail us at: customerservice@riascrazydeals.com if you need to return a product to get an RA number.

An RA number, along with our return shipping address and other appropriate instructions will be e-mailed to you within 48 hours.

All returns must be shipped via ground shipment only, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser. A refund will be processed through your original purchasing credit card after the item is received. Shipping and handling can not be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return them.

The refund will include any appropriate sales tax. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, unless they were incurred as a result of an error on our part.
  • Opened software, hardware, CPU's, batteries, extended warranties, and package deals can not be retuned.
  • All other products they are subject to certain manufacturer restrictions.
  • Orders can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund or replacement and our terms and conditions will apply.
  • Opened defective software can be returned for replacement for the same product only.
  • All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA number, which has to be obtained from our Returns Department prior to your returning the product.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and the product must reach our warehouse before then.
  • Each item to be returned will need a unique RMA number.
  • Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
  • Returning of non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on the cost of the item.
  • Any shipping charges you incurr are not refundable.
  • Any damaged or missing items will result in additional charges being assessed to your account.
  • Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without a restocking fee.
  • A replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product by RiasCRAZYDeals.com without any additional shipping charges.
  • Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of receipt of the product.
  • Credit will calculate based on price of product on the date the returned item reaches the RiasCRAZYDeals.com warehouse.
  • Customers wishing to return or replace any product after 15 days from date of invoice must contact the manufacturer of the product.
  • RiasCRAZYDeals.com will have no liability after 15 days from the date of the invoice.

Shipping Policy:
Delivery Charge Costs
RiasCRAZYDeals.com shipping charges are automatically computed by the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). We do not mark up any of the shipping fees. The delivery costs are calculated based on the packed shipping weight of the product.

Free Delivery
All shipments that are sent free of delivery charge are sent out using FedEx Ground or parcel post in a few exceptions.

A: Yes!! All of our products are 100% brand new and sealed in the original factory packaging. Unlike our competition we do not sell used products and store demos as new. You may find great deals on some refurbished items! Anything that is refurbished will state so in the listing so it's absolutely transparent to you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: RiasCRAZYDeals.com proudly ships nearly all of our products internationally! Some countries may impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc., on items shipped from the United States. You are responsible for those costs.
Q: How long will it take to ship my item?
A: We will ship your order within the same business day if the order is placed before 2PM Eastern Standard Time, otherwise it is shipped the next day.
Q: Do you ship products to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: All items can be sent to Alaska and Hawaii with the exception of items that ship via freight. This includes very heavy items like Cerwin-Vega! speakers that ship by truck.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO?
A: We do ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO but you must select USPS as your shipping service. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes, freight forwarders, or a few limited geographic areas within the United States.
